    A HSM V-Press 610 automata hulladék bálázó présgéppel eltávolíthatja a használt csomagolóanyagokat, például a B. Press fóliát, a kartont vagy a csomagolópapírt kemény bálákba préselheti, és újrahasznosításba küldheti. A kicsi, mindössze 2-3 m²-es helyigénynek köszönhetően a bálázó présgép pontosan ott állítható fel, ahol az anyag keletkezik. Ez megtakarítja a hosszú szállítási útvonalakat, és javítja a csomagolóanyag eltávolításának belső logisztikáját.
    A tömörítési folyamathoz a csomagolóanyagot egyszerűen a gép felső felébe töltik. Egy biztonsági kapcsoló automatikusan elindítja a préselési folyamatot, amikor az ajtó becsukódik. A folyamat leáll, ha a préselési folyamat során kinyitják az ajtót. Egy masszív préslap az akár 100 kg tömegű bálákba töltött anyagot stabil préslapvezetőkön keresztül 120 kN nyomóerővel préseli össze. A speciális Torsion Control System-nek (TCS) köszönhetően a préslap dőlése minden irányban folyamatosan figyelhető. Ez megakadályozza az egyoldali terhelést és optimalizálja a préselési folyamatot. A HSM V-Press 610 automata bálázó présgép a csomagolóanyagot óránként 3-6 bálára képes feldolgozni. A bála automatikusan rögzítésre kerül egy szíj segítségével. Ezután a bála a mechanikus bálakidobó segítségével könnyen eltávolítható a gépből, majd raklapemelővel el lehet szállítani. A préselt bálák nehezen gyulladnak meg, így csökken a tűzveszély. Az egymásra rakható bálák biztonságosan vannak elhelyezve a tárolóhelységben, hogy a hulladékkezelő cég később be tudja gyűjteni. A kész bálák ártalmatlanító cégtől függően díjazhatók.
