    FLEX félautomata pneumatikus doboz felállító és töltőállomás

     

    A FLEX Box doboz felállító egy félautomata pneumatikus doboz felállító és töltőállomás, ahol az üres dobozt ki kell venni a beépített tárból, és kézzel behelyezni a gépbe. A beszerelés után össze van hajtva és az alsó oldalán két pneumatikus szeleptartó segítségével rögzítik. Ezek után könnyedén megtöltheti a dobozt anélkül, hogy felborulna. Nyomógomb vagy lábpedál megnyomásával a doboz pneumatikusan kinyomódik a gépből a hozzá csatlakoztatott kartonlezáró gépbe, amely azonnal felragasztja a dobozt. A gépet széles körben alkalmazzák a vegyi rostok, a dohány újraszárítása, a gyógyszertár, a kiadói, a légkondicionálás, a háztartási készülékek, a kerámia, a melegmunka stb. iparában.

    A kezelő kinyit egy üres tokot, és összehajtja az előlapot. A hátlap 45°-os ferde szögből hajtható be a tábla megnyomásával.

    Az alsó hengernél megnyomja a házvezető rudat, és így előremozdul a középső vezetősínhez, a bilincsházhoz. Ezzel egyidejűleg két henger függőleges irányból vízszintbe forgatja a jobb és bal oldali burkolat-összecsukható táblát, amely a jobb és bal alsó burkolatot hajtja össze. A hajtogatás befejezése után helyezze be az árut a tokba (lásd a 3-8. ábrát).

    A kartoncsomagoló automata dobozzáró gépek rendkívül felgyorsítják a dobozok, kartondobozok csomagolását.     A TOP TAPE automatikus dobozzáró gép 48-72 mm-es ragasztószalaggal (Kraft vagy BOPP szalag) használandó

    A kartondobozok fedele automatikusan behajtásra kerül, majd a gép lezárja a karton felső és alsó oldalát. A kartondoboznak a munkafelület közepén kell lennie. A karton felső és alsó oldalára kerül a lezárás. A zárófejben 48 – 72 mm széles ragasztószalagok használhatók, ez az ügyfél igényei szerint állítható. Annak érdekében, hogy a gép megfelelően működjön, kérjük, először vegye figyelembe a doboz hosszát, szélességét, magasságát és súlyát.     Hogyan működik az automata dobozzáró?

    1. Csatlakoztassa a tápegységet, ekkor a tápfény felvillan, majd csatlakoztassa a levegőellátást.
    2. Nyomja meg a START gombot, a gép elindul, az oldalsó szíjak mozogni kezdenek.
    3. A kartondobozok lecsukása nélkül nyomja helyezze a dobozt a munkaterületre, majd a szíjak előre mozgatják azt.
    4. A kartondoboz előrehaladásának folyamatában a gép automatikusan behajtja a kartondoboz felső lapjait, a ragasztófej lezárja a kartondobozt, a kész kartondoboz kifordul a szalagokon keresztül.
    5. A lezárandó kartondobozok felső és alsó felületét a felső és az alsó henger simítja végig, gondoskodva a szalag automatikus rögzüléséről.
    6. A penge automatikusan levágja a ragasztószalagot, miután a kartondoboz lezárása teljesült.
    7. Hagyja, hogy automatikusan működjön, és a kartondoboz lezárásának befejezése egy munkaperiódussá válik.
